The Isshinryu System

In 1967, Master Shimabuku sent  Angi Uezu, his son-in-law, to teach Isshinryu as he wanted it taught. Sensei Donnelly filmed Master Uezu's training sessions on a Super 8 movie film in the two Detroit dojos. Master Uezu was approximately 33 year of age and his technique is crisp and lightening fast. This video, direct from Sensei Donnelly's personal archives show Sensei Pittaway and Noxon, Sho Dan Willie Adams, and many students learning techniques and katas from Master Uezu.
